By accessing and using AI ImageGen, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use AI ImageGen for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper credits
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AI ImageGen
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Generated Content

You retain all rights to images you generate using AI ImageGen. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Credit System

Credits are used to generate images. Each image generation costs 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI ImageGen to generate content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Misleading or deceptive
• Violating privacy or publicity rights

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on AI ImageGen are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI ImageGen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall AI ImageGen or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AI ImageGen.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using AI ImageGen, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
